1. Always keep your laptop off while connecting the wires!
2. Ready Light- If the ready light is not green when connected, there can be several causes. Use this table below to help you troubleshoot this problem. You can also try restarting the computer and making sure the Smart Board software was properly installed.
- During initial setup
- If the projector or interactive whiteboard is moved
- If the cursor doesn’t appear where you’re pressing
- If the interactive whiteboard is connected to a different computer
